Did you know- Campaign for 2011

Did you know that CDA Parks Foundation is now the Panhandle Parks Foundation?

This means that we have extended our reach to include working with all five northern counties assisting them in support and preservation of parks, open space and recreational facilities

Did you know that the Panhandle Parks Foundation made the exchange of the Landings property for the Ramsey Road property with Lake City Development Corporation?  The Ramsey property was donated to the Salvation Army Foundation for the new Kroc Center.

Did you know that Panhandle Parks Foundation provided the due-diligence on several  properties prior to their becoming parks?  The Foundation goal is to acquire only suitable property at the minimal expense through a procedure of the highest propriety and with the greatest transparency.

Did you know that the Panhandle Parks Foundation can accept and hold lan for future parks and open space as we did for Veterans Memorial Park?

Did you know that the foundation provides “Land Acquisition” checklist that includes investigation of clear title, environmental study completion and verification of parties involved?

Did you know that the Panhandle Parks Foundation provides project specific funding for Fallen Heroes Plaza?

Did you know that the Panhandle Parks Foundation provides financial administrative support for smaller non-profits like the Central Bark Dog Park.

Did you know that the Panhandle Parks Foundation is the conduit for matching grants for property held by the foundation used in conjunction with a city of county for a matching grant?

Did you know that the foundation can assist you with gift donors regarding estate giving?

Did you know that we have a website at www.panhandleparks foundation.org  where you can find out information on where to contact us and how to get involved?
